OUR STORY
The story of Circle Hookah Bar is actually tied to the history of Downtown Circle, a longtime business at 116 W. Federal Street in downtown Youngstown. In 2015, owner Al Adi expanded the business by opening a patio, lounge, full-service bar, and hookah lounge in the back of the store. The idea was to create a place where people could relax, enjoy Mediterranean food, smoke hookah, have drinks, and socialize in a comfortable atmosphere.
